Thank you for shopping with BioMaxx Skin Lab. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following information carefully.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout where applicable. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. BioMaxx Skin Lab has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status through the relevant carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
BioMaxx Skin Lab is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and product and contact us at annazall@aol.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the issue is unresolved, contact us at annazall@aol.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BioMaxx Skin Lab is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at annazall@aol.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.
