At BioMaxx Skin Lab, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product must be unused or minimally used — we understand you need to try skincare to know if it works for you, so partially used products are accepted
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Products that have been deliberately damaged or misused
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at annazall@aol.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at annazall@aol.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, contact us at annazall@aol.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund only if the return is not due to our error.
