It is particularly interesting if you're concerned about dark circles combined with fine lines, uneven texture, pigmentation and visible signs of skin aging.

Retinol remains a legitimate and well-established choice, especially for people who already tolerate it well. But there is no scientific basis for promising that retinal will erase every dark circle. The most realistic expectation is:

Retinal may improve the quality and appearance of the skin around the eyes, particularly when pigmentation and photoaging contribute to the problem. It is much less likely to completely correct dark circles caused primarily by anatomy, vascular visibility or deep tear troughs.
